Our repetitive interval structure gives students the opportunity to get a heart-pounding workout, vanquish unwanted pounds, and master their skills, all without stepping foot in a gym. We cater to a wide range of students including Broadway Tappers, Singers/Actors, and Business Professionals who used to tap as kids. Basic Tap skills are required and Advanced Options are offered for skilled dancers. It's a challenging class for everyone. Our motto is "All Sweat. No Judgment," and we really mean it. Come as you are and expect to burn 500+ calories with this uplifting cardio workout set to music from the 50's and 60's.
